According to police, a 48-year-old man, identified as Peter Michael Larsen, was arrested after allegedly stabbing the victim multiple times inside the mall. Investigators stated in a booking affidavit that the suspect allegedly told authorities he targeted the victim with the intent to kill because of his Muslim faith.
